Earlier this year Glide Utilities published its report “What Students Want”. It asked students what the most important things were that they look for in a rented property and gave tips as to what landlords could do to attract more students in an ever more competitive market.

The forum will learn about the new changes coming in this year to the TO LET Boards placed on houses in Cardiff.
