About the evening

The Cardiff Landlord Forum is a free, independent meeting for private landlords in Cardiff. It meets quarterly at County Hall and is run by volunteer landlords.

The audience is mostly local landlords, from people with one property to large portfolio owners, plus letting agents and others who work in housing. They want practical, Wales-specific information they can act on.

Keep it practical, with examples and what landlords should do next.
Leave time for questions. They’re often the best part.
A short mention of your business is welcome, but please don’t make it a sales pitch.
Feel free to bring pop-up banners, leaflets and other promotional material for the networking afterwards.

On the night

Project your voice all the way through the talk. The rooms are large and people at the back can struggle to hear.
Repeat or rephrase each question in your answer. People at the back often won’t have heard it.
Tell us how you’d like questions: during your talk or only at the end. There’s a box for this in the form, and the Chair will let the audience know.

Venue County Hall, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff Bay CF10 4UW. Level 1, Committee Rooms 1–3.
Timings The meeting runs 6pm – 8pm. Please arrive by 5:30pm so we can test your slides.
Your slot About 20 minutes, plus 10 minutes for questions. We’ll confirm when we invite you.
Equipment Projector, screen and a laptop. Bring your slides on a USB stick as a backup.
Slides PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF, 16:9. Please send them by the Monday before the meeting.
Promotion Pop-up banners, leaflets and promotional material are welcome. Bring them with you.
Parking Parking around County Hall is tight, so allow extra time.
Afterwards With your permission, we share your slides with attendees and on this website.
