| RESIDENTIAL LANDLORDS ASSOCIATION offers Rent Smart Wales Course for Landlords
The Residential Landlords Association now have an approved Rent Smart Wales Landlord Licensing Training Course and have already arranged several course dates. The course is relevant to landlord licensing only and not suitable for letting agents who will need to attend appropriate training in order to obtain an agents’ licence. To book online click here.
