The forum will discuss and learn about the recent tax changes in Mortgage Interest Relief with top chartered accountant from Green & Co, Ed Gooderham.

- Liberal Democrats – Renting Homes Bill
The forum will have an opportunity to ask questions, propose ideas and discuss all aspects of the Renting Homes Bill with the Liberal Democrat Assembly Member Eluned Parrott. Eluned will talk about the Liberal Democrat position and would like to take back any feedback you have so that they can try to reflect this is any amendments that they propose to the legislation

New licensing and registration changes are due to come into effect in Wales very soon. The forum will have the opportunity to discuss what Cardiff Council is and isn’t doing and gauge the perspectives of the new obligations on landlords with the Liberal Democrat Shadow Housing Act Spokesperson, Councillor Joseph Carter
