The Welsh Government has launched a consultation on the proposed model tenancy contract. This is intended to be introduced as part of the Renting Homes Bill.
At the same time, the RLA is undertaking its own consultation on the model document. The survey closely resembles that of the Welsh Government’s, so that your responses can be understood in the wider context of the consultation. For this reason, the survey concentrates solely on the areas that the Welsh Government is consulting on: the presentation, format and layout of the document.
We would be pleased if you would take some time to respond to the survey, so that the RLA can understand your views and make representations on the Cardiff Landlord Forum’s Behalf.
